Dutch Barn Farm has been providing grazing management of landscapes since 2018. We now have over 400 wooly employees providing natural vegetation management for a range of properties from utility-scale solar sites to private homes and public grounds. We have a very small flock of goats that can take on serious brush. Sheep are deployed on or about May 1st and leave work sites anytime from October 1 st to November 15 th .
We believe in keeping things local. We currently service Montgomery and Fulton Counties in New York.
In many cases, grazing is more affordable that traditional landscaping services. We respond to industry requests for proposals (RFPs) and can provide estimates based on location, and terrain. Rates are based on the acreage of each site. Please contact us for price estimates. Annual and multi-year contracts are available.
We have a world of experience with solar. We can advise on the phases of the 94-c process in NY State. We connect with local governments, communities, and energy companies to optimize site design
We are members of the American Solar Grazing Association. Visit the ASGA web site for solar grazing information and resources.
