At various times during the year we have lambs that are processed for meat. Lamb can be purchased as wrapped, individual cuts, or we can custom process a lamb just for you. Halal meat is available.

Black Welsh Mountain Sheep
Black Welsh Mountain Sheep (BWMS) are a small dual purpose heritage breed that provides excellent mild mutton and a completely black, dense and durable fleece.
BWMS are small and easy to handle and are ideal for farms where their hardiness, good mothering and feed efficiency are significant assets. Rams have attractive horns that curl around their ears and ewes are polled. They make a perfect small farm sheep.
One of our objectives for the our flock is to show that solar grazing can be the foundation for the preservation of a heritage sheep breed.
